How much does shipping costs?

Shipping is free on orders over $70.

For orders below this amount, there's a flat rate of $10 for shipping to the US and Canada. For destinations outside of the US and Canada, shipping costs may vary depending on your location. Please provide us with your location, and we'll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once processed, delivery time is estimated to be within 7-12 business days for destinations in the US, Canada, UK, and AUS/NZ.

For all other locations, please feel free to contact us for specific shipping estimates.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please check your email for a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, simply visit the link provided in the email to check the status of your shipment.

If you haven't received a tracking number, don't worry! Reach out to us through our live chat or send an email to info@wickdigitalshop.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy extends for 20 days from the date of receipt, applicable to items returned in their original condition, complete with tags and original packaging.

Should you need to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at info@wickdigitalshop.com. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Items damaged during shipment or those incorrectly received can be returned, provided they have not been tampered with or damaged outside of the shipping process.

Rest assured, refunds will be processed promptly within 15 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
